iMia Terms of Service
iMia can be considered as a proxy service that helps to enable your MiaCMS (Mambo, Joomla!) site for "native iPhone™ look-n-feel".
By registering to iMia Service by Brilaps, LLC (as "We" in the rest of this document), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
In short;
- We only convert your data for better a iPhone experience. You are solely responsible for your own content. You relieve Brilap,LLC owners/employees from any liability which shall arise from your content. The sites designed to promote unlawful behavior such as hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography are strictly prohibited, and will be reported to designated authorities immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate your service registration at anytime. We will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- We respect your privacy, we will not spam you or sell your email to anyone. You may get occasional emails from us about iMia Service udpates.
- iMia Service is provided "AS IS". You are using iMia Services at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind and shall not be liable for any damages, losses, possible errors, malfunction, lost content, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of goodwill whether directly or indirectly related to your use of iMia.
- We do our best to keep iMia Service downtime to the minimum.
